Fit India Movement launched by prime minister Mr. Narendra Modi is one of the best practice one can follow. Nowadays, people are often faced with anxiety and hypertension. To tackle such situations our mind and body shall be active and energetic. Being fit contributes to the same and a fit body and mind helps in gaining a positive attitude towards life. Although the implementation of the same would come as a challenge to the Indian Government. People below the poverty line or even those who are un-educated are in big numbers and to explain them is the main task. Another challenge being, availability of quality food for all. Many survive on foods that aren't good for health and are not able to provide the individual with the strength one requires. Focusing on such topics before implementing the FIT INDIA MOVEMENT surely would be more beneficial before the same.
